At Calios Tacos, we take pride in baking fresh, made-to-order cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following policy in place.


πŸͺ Perishable Food Policy

All cookies are considered perishable food items. For health and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns on any food products.
  • We do not offer exchanges on opened or consumed items.
  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

πŸ“¦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Melted beyond reasonable condition
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (case-by-case basis)

🚚 Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Weather-related melting or softening
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


🌑️ Warm Weather Policy

During warmer months, slight softening may occur. This does not affect quality or taste. Refrigeration for 10–15 minutes will restore firmness.

We are not responsible for minor melting due to high temperatures during transit.


🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

Once baking has started, orders cannot be canceled.
